We source our meat from carefully selected Tasmanian farmers and suppliers, who really care about their animals and as a result have a superior product. By sourcing locally, there are low food miles from the paddock to your plate. We also stock a variety of hard to come by products, game and high quality mainland speciality meat.

Our selection includes free range Tasmanian beef and lamb, sustainably produced and RSPCA approved Nichols Poultry, Robbins Island Wagyu, Cape Grim Beef, a wide variety of game (including rabbit, quail, duck, venison and wallaby) and Scottsdale pork that is bred free range. Free range for life pork from small local Tasmanian farmers is also available on request.

The aged steaks are fantastic plus all staff have the customer at their focus!
